Description
The Gamble Gully Ranch is located in Live Oak County about 10 miles from George West at the dead end of County Road 386. The ranch consists of 109 acres of brush and grassland. The highlight of the ranch is beautiful 200 year old huge oak trees that are scattered throughout the ranch and along Gamble Gully Creek that transvers the length of the ranch. It has a 50'x 80' metal barn with concrete floor and two roll-up doors. A very nice earthen tank has a water well with a pipeline to the tank. This is a cattle and hunting ranch or just a great get away place where you can enjoy whitetails, turkeys, quail, hogs and lots of dove. The ranch has many places for winter grazing or wildlife food plots. The owner is a bow hunter and has several new hunting blinds and feeders which are negotiable. The entrance is by an deeded easement off of County Road 386. The ranch which was 225 acres has been divided and has a new survey. Surface only.
